Steamed Meatloaf 蒸肉餅 Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound ground pork
5 oz soft tofu, cut into small squares
1-2 stalks green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons chicken broth
salt and white pepper, to taste

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until it's a pudding-like consistency.


Steam for ~20 minutes or until cooked.  Serve over rice or noodles.


Or get creative...I stuffed it into an avocado too.
