Quick and easy recipes for the busy individual who wants a no-fuss homemade meal.
I love food, but honestly, I've never considered myself to be an amazing chef. The idea of laboring in the kitchen for hours or having to procure a bunch of spices that I may or may not ever use again has definitely limited my cooking in the past. Up until recently, I've often been hesitant to experiment with new dishes, which was why services like Blue Apron worked so well for me; I could easily try new things without having to research recipes, shop for groceries, or end up with bottles of leftover spices.
But I've since discovered that there are actually plenty of delicious meals and snacks that I can make with basic spices I already have in my pantry, and these dishes do not need to be time consuming or labor intensive in order to be crowd pleasers. These are precisely the recipes that I wish to share.
