Manila Social Club has been on my list for a while, and I finally got a chance to go for brunch. We tried 4 things: French Toast Espesyal, Torta Talong (eggplant omelette), Short Rib Hash, and a special fried pork belly dish.
The French toast was delicious and crispy (it's deep-fried...), and you can't go wrong with ice cream on top. Our favorite was probably the torta talong, the flavor was good, and the eggplant was perfectly cooked. Unfortunately the two meat dishes were a bit of a disappointment though; decent, but nothing special. Oh and the ube butter was delicious. It was so good we ate all the bread.
